After 5 months of the Dr. Aron Method my skin has vastly improved. I'm not completely eczema free, but the healing I've experienced thus far has given me a much better quality of life. I'm very happy with the decision I've made to do The Aron Method, and I look forward to seeing how my body will continue to heal. I recorded a video after 3 months of this new regimen and FINALLY finished editing it today. I'm new to vlogging, so I promise I'll get better at getting these videos up quicker! Check it out below. Just so you can see how my skin has been doing since I recorded this video, I've added some pictures below. As always, thanks for the continued support. Much love!

Thanks for sharing Lauren! I've recently started GAPS and have stopped taking my eczema meds so my skin is having a fit! The flaring is do frustrating. I believe I will be healed and also seeking what's best for my body. I'll be looking into the Dr. Aaron method.

I'll be praying for you! I'm no longer on the GAPS diet, but am learning that even with the Dr. Aron Method my diet is extremely important for my healing process. I hope you find what works for you!

I'm Lauren, aka Just Du Pree, and I want to thank you for reading. This is a space where I share my very personal journey healing from eczema and topical steroid withdrawal (among other things), life lessons I've learned along the way, and occasionally the thoughts of an awkward Black girl (no Issa Rae). I'm a performer and filmmaker, so if you feel so inclined, pop over here to see what goes on in my mind on the regular. If you like what you see, you can stay up to date with my work here. Much love, friends!
